You may use ThumbnailAI to generate, edit, and download thumbnails for your own creative work. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to produce content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the thumbnails you generate. We retain ownership of the platform, models, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts solely to deliver the service.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to ThumbnailAI if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users.

ThumbnailAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated outputs will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
